
Anyways, this obsession doesn't show signs of abating anytime soon, and I found myself sitting at work today trying to dream up new and greater toppings. Interestingly enough, there are tons of ideas across the veggie-blog-o-sphere, so instead of selfishly keeping them all to myself, I thought I would share! Here they are, 5 supremely delish ideas for topping your veggie dog.
1. Crif Dog: Faux bacon wrapped, with avocado and sour cream from Eating Appalachia

2. Southern Slaw Dogs: Jumbo dogs w/ vegan chili and coleslaw (with a side of orange soda) from Happy Herbivore
3. Sonoran Dog: Faux bacon wrapped dog w/ salsa, cheeze sauce, beans, jalapeños, onions, cilantro, mayo and mustard from Vegan Brew

4. Japadog: with teriyaki, sautéed onions, wasabi mayo, and toasted nori from Chow Vegan

5. Rhode Island-Style New York System Hot Weiners: (all the way) w/ "meat" topping, celery salt, onions and mustard from Tasty Planet
