Vegan Mofo: Rosenkohl

What's for dinner in Berlin yard? Roasted rosenkohl (brussels sprouts) with caraway seeds and mashed potatoes with mushrooms, onions and garlic.

Perfect alongside an episode of Breaking Bad on one of the first truly gross, rainy and cold days of Autumn. Now back to that...

Roasted Brussels sprouts are delicious and every time I see them on a blog I want to make them as well!

God, I love Breaking Bad. It's so crazy! And I have a little crush on Jesse Pinkman. :-P I also have a little crush on those Brussels sprouts.

I think I'm addicted to roasted brussels sprouts. I made a roast dinner for someone last week who then informed me that they didn't really like sprouts. They were off their plate and onto mine in seconds!

I love brussels sprouts! And the color on yours is fatastic ^_^ I just blew through the ENTIRE first three seasons of Breaking Bad on Netflix! Season 4 is on real time tv here in the states, so I have to wait to watch it until it replays again from the beginning... :P
