And 8 new (or newish) vegan cookbooks! Coincidence? Or has there just been a Renaissance in the world vegan cooking of late? I think the latter.

*Also, that Vegan Lunch Box cookbook is insanely popular and awaiting its second printing. But if you can't wait, amazon still has a few.

Yowza! I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one addicted to cookbooks :)
I actually have 4 of those already, but based on your post it looks as though I'll have to add the others to my list, too!
Personally, I've had great luck with "The Joy of Vegan Baking," and am planning to make a few of the hummus recipes from "ED&BV" soon... I'm excited to see what you end up making with all of those great books!
